Admission Policy 

Admission into VICTORIOUS KIDS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL & VICTORIOUS HIGH SCHOOL is open to all children irrespective of gender, tribe, religion, or social background, provided they meet the stipulated academic and age requirements.

1. Eligibility & Age:

   – Creche: 3 months – 2 years 

   – Nursery 1: 3 years by September of admission year 

   – Primary 1: 6 years by September 

   – JSS 1: 10 years by September and must have completed Primary 6 with First School Leaving Certificate 

2. Application Process:

   – Obtain admission forms from the school office or online portal 

   – Submit completed form with birth certificate, 2 passport photos, immunization record, and last school result/testimonial 

   – Pay non-refundable application fee 

3. Assessment:

   – All applicants from Primary 1 and above shall sit for an entrance examination in English and Mathematics 

   – Nursery/Kindergarten admission is based on oral interview and observation of social skills 

   – Successful candidates will be invited for an interaction with parents/guardians 

4. Selection Criteria:

   Admission is granted based on: performance in entrance exam/interview, available space, age appropriateness, and satisfactory conduct from previous school. The school reserves the right to deny admission without stating reasons.

5. Special Needs:

   Children with special educational needs may be admitted if the school has adequate facilities and personnel to support them. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis after assessment.

6. Final Decision:

   Admission is considered final only after payment of acceptance fee and tuition deposit within 2 weeks of offer. Failure to comply may lead to forfeiture of the admission slot.
